Eres una persona con formación en Ciencias o Ingeniería y te apasiona la mejora continua en entornos industriales En GSK Aranda buscamos un/a Técnico/a MSAT para apoyar las operaciones del área controlar procesos y productos introducir nuevos materiales/componentes y resolver retos técnicos.

Tus principales responsabilidades

• Actuar como referente técnico en materiales de acondicionamiento primario y secundario para toda la planta.
• Proponer y liderar proyectos de mejora (calidad eficiencia y reducción de residuos). Coordinar y asegurar la correcta ejecución de cualificaciones de equipos y validaciones de procesos manteniendo el estatus de validación.
• Ejecutar y supervisar actividades de verificación continuada de procesos y gestión del ciclo de vida de equipos procesos y productos. Gestionar e implementar cambios y resolver incidencias técnicas.
• Liderar y participar en la gestión de desviaciones y en el establecimiento de estándares de proceso conforme a políticas y requisitos regulatorios.
• Mantener actualizado el repositorio de conocimiento técnico (lecciones aprendidas mejoras documentación). Actuar como apoyo (backup) en otras actividades del departamento según competencias.
• Apoyar en auditorías internas y externas. Colaborar en la transferencia de nuevos productos al área.

Requisitos

• Titulación universitaria en Ingeniería Ciencias o área similar.
• Alto nivel de inglés (oral y escrito).
• Proactividad orientación a resultados y capacidad para trabajar en equipo.
• Experiencia en industria farmacéutica y conocimiento de normativas GMP.
