With over 300 software engineers in Kraków and Gdańsk we provide high-quality technological solutions that support the operations and innovations of both parent companies.

ABOUT THE PROJECT & THE TEAM

You will join a newly forming CRM technical team based in Kraków working closely with Vends CRM organization across Norway Sweden Denmark and Finland. The role reports to the Head of CRM located in Oslo and plays a key part in shaping how CRM supports Vends digital sales and customer communication strategies.

At Vend CRM is a core business system that supports the Order-to-Cash process and manages all B2B customer-related information across multiple marketplace verticals.

Key context:

• The current CRM solution is Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Insights Journeys
• The platform supports 300 sellers across Real Estate Jobs Mobility and Recommerce
• The Kraków team is responsible for customisation development and long-term maintenance of the CRM system
• We are expanding our use of Customer Insights Journeys for marketing automation
• Following a business restructuring we are building a new technical team to support an ambitious digital sales agenda focused on innovation automation and efficiency

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Developer you will work at the intersection of technology and business helping turn CRM capabilities into real value for Vends sales and marketing organisations.

You will:

• Co-create technical decisions together with Product Owners and a Functional CRM Specialist ensuring scalable and robust solutions
• Develop customise and maintain CRM-related software across all stages of Application Lifecycle Management
• Investigate scope and contribute to planning to deliver solutions on time and with high quality
• Take shared ownership of CRM systems and collaborate with the team to solve technical challenges
• Design produce and execute unit tests supporting system reliability and maintainability
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation
• Work closely with the CRM Specialist Head of CRM Developers and CRM Product Owners
• Collaborate with the wider Tech organisation as well as BI Developers and Data Analysts within the Sales Insights department
• Integrate CRM with data platforms Power Apps and other technologies to ensure effective data flow between systems

ABOUT YOU

You have:

• At least 5 years of experience with C# (.NET Core) JavaScript and RESTful APIs
• Experience with DevOps practices including deployments monitoring testing and working with databases
• Hands-on experience with continuous deployment and system integration
• A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn experiment and improve
• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a business-oriented approach
• C1-level English proficiency both written and spoken

Its great if you also have:

• Experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Familiarity with Power Apps or Snowflake
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse-related certifications such as:
  • Power Platform Solution Architect Expert
  • Power Platform Developer
  • Azure Developer Associate
