Our Risk Management Team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) in the role of Pillar Head.
In this role you will manage the banks risk by monitoring risks preparing reports for committees and ensuring policy compliance. Youll develop risk management policies and frameworks offer training and development for staff and regularly assess compliance with regulations. Additionally your focus will include enhancing customer experience by maintaining high service standards and implementing recognition programs for excellent service..

What the role will entail
Secondary to the CRO and/or assisting the CRO the Senior RO is mandated to identify measure and manage the Banks Pillar 3 (Data Analytics and Automation) to ensure such stays within the defined potential loss (a.k.a. risk appetite) expected and unexpected in accordance with the risk-reward policy of the Bank.
Above mandate is realized through the following broad activities:
- Put in place a Risk Management Framework (the Framework) appropriate for the Bank includes devising the framework relevant policies and procedures and monitoring systems.
- Propagate risk consciousness across the organization.
- Identify the Banks key risks including drivers of such risks.
- Measure the Banks key risks
- Constantly monitor the Banks key risks relative to its defined risk tolerances.
- Report to relevant stakeholders the state of risk in the Bank.
- Regularly test the continuing relevance and effectiveness of the Risk Management Framework includes ascertaining its effective implementation across the Bank and update the same as appropriate.
What were looking for
- At least college graduate in business-related course or other relevant banking experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant banking experience.
- Should have assume a key leadership role.
- Should have oversee a corporate wide process
- Should have an experience in presenting to board of directors or to senior leaders
- Should be able to build organizational talent coaching and Developing Others
