Our enthusiastic clinical teams provide whatever is needed to help children and youth remain safely in their own home with their family restoring hope providing intense mental health services and supports and helping to strengthen the family unity. With sites located in Aberdeen Bremerton Burien Olympia Shelton TacomaTukwila University Place Vancouver Yelm WAand Portland Oregon. We offer comprehensive intensive Wrap-around mental health services to a diverse population for youth and families. We employ almost 800 energetic and compassionate employees.

WHAT WE OFFER:
- Excellent starting pay range :$25.18 - $27.07 per hour
Additional Pay for:
- First Responder pay:$75.00 per pay period (2 times per month)
- Ability to earn additional pay:based on performance

- 3 weeks vacation per year

Responsibilities
JOB SUMMARY
CPC (Youth Partners) collaborate provide support and help facilitate services for youth and their families receiving Family Behavioral Health Services. Working as a member of a team the Youth Partner helps a youth voice their own perspective and assure that other team members are able to understand their perspective and use that perspective in treatment planning. This position helps youth parents and families achieve confidence in their abilities to team on a recovery journey and maintain hope for their success after formal behavioral health services have been completed.
Emphasis is on achieving incredible outcomes with children youth and families by actively partnering with them along with their natural and community services and supports to achieve long term safety and stability in our neighborhoods and communities.
This position will be based out of the FBH Westside site located in University Place position requires scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of youth and families served. The services we offer will be provided in community-based settings and in family homes.

Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE SEEKING IN A CANDIDATE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Age 21 or older.
- Personal (lived) experience as a youthwho has received community/mental health services within the past ten years.
- Must have an acceptable driving record per CCS driving policy (required to provide current driving abstract) with reliable transportation valid drivers license automobile insurance and provide current auto registration.
- Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment.
- Availability to work flexible hours as needed.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Demonstrates the necessary attitudes knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
- Support and uphold the mission beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.
