Job Summary
Commercial Producer Position
Our client is an established company that offers commercial benefits and personal lines of insurance. This role is key to maintaining and expanding the companys clientele and ensuring the highest level of client service.
Responsibilities:
- Comfortably manage accounts and execute production tasks related to Public Entity business or general production.
- Capably replace a retiring Producer meeting with a select list of prospects and existing accounts in a highly client-facing role.
- Primarily act in a public relations role rather than aggressive hunting or cold calling.
- Enjoy interacting with Community Non-Profits Government & Schools.
- Be open to a community-centric and service-driven role within their community.
Qualifications:
- Comfortable with Public Entity business or general production.
- Experience with meeting with a small sample list of prospects and existing accounts in a highly client-facing role.
- Service-oriented individual who enjoys interacting with Community Non Profits Government & Schools.
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role including captive agents those from the carrier side Commercial Account Managers with Public Entity experience or a Generalist Commercial Account Manager from an independent agency.
