What Youll Be Doing
- Deliver designs that actually get built enjoy a varied portfolio from bespoke homes and commercial buildings to historic renovations retail spaces infrastructure and industrial projects.
- Engage closely with clients architects and contractors shaping design decisions through proactive collaboration and clear communication.
- Manage your own team workload and projects supported by experienced engineers who let you lead.
- Apply technical judgment to solve problems quickly not get bogged down in paperwork.
What Were Looking For
-
Civil or Structural Engineering degree ideally working toward Chartership.

6 years UK design experience with confidence in multi-material structures.

Commercial awareness; understanding the balance between design ambition and real project delivery.

Clear practical communicator; willing to take the wheel and own your work.
