Job Summary
We are currently hiring a Dutch-Speaking Sales Executive to join an international sales team based on-site in Berlin. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced performance-driven environment and engaging with Dutch-speaking customers.
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and contribute directly to revenue growth.
What we are looking for:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a plus)
- Dutch C1 level and English B2 level
- Strong communication negotiation and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working on-site in a structured sales environment
- Candidates must already be located in Berlin
What we offer:
- Base salary: 2750 gross/month
- Performance bonus: up to 687.50
- Language bonus: 300
