Job Summary

Responsibilities:

Perform reviews of valuations prepared by other valuers as a support to some

audit firms and/or clients.

Assist manager and director to perform business intangible asset financial

instrument and other types of valuations for transaction financial and tax

reporting purposes.

Write valuation reports and memos.

Perform market industry and financial research analysis and modeling.

Participate in some other financial accounting or investment related projects.

Requirements:

Bachelor Degree in Accounting Finance Business Administration or related

field.

A professional qualification in Accounting Finance or Valuation such as CPA

CFA FRM and CVA. Work-in-progress towards these qualifications will also

be considered.

Minimum of 3 years working experience in auditing valuation or transaction

advisory services from an audit firm or in analytical positions from appraisal

firms banks or other financial institutions; Candidates with less (more) years

of experience will also be considered and offered a lower (higher) position.

Good English and business writing skills.

Detail-minded with good analytical interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Proactive and positive working attitude.
