Our client is a well-established food manufacturing company supplying both domestic and regional markets with strong brand recognition and industrial-scale operations. The business is focused on operational optimisation and regional expansion.
The Role
The Managing Director will assume full P&L responsibility and lead all aspects of manufacturing commercial and supply chain operations. This role will oversee production efficiency quality assurance procurement sales and distribution. A key focus will be improving operational margins strengthening leadership capability and driving disciplined execution across the plant and commercial teams. The MD will work closely with shareholders on strategic growth initiatives including capacity expansion and new product lines. The role requires strong factory-floor leadership combined with commercial decision-making.
Candidate Profile
Candidates must have senior leadership experience within food manufacturing or FMCG production environments. Strong exposure to plant operations quality standards and supply chain management is mandatory. Experience operating in Saudi Arabia is highly advantageous. The ideal profile combines operational depth with commercial awareness and people leadership. A track record of managing large workforces and delivering performance improvements is essential.
