Your role
As our new People & Culture Generalist you will work broadly across HR topics primarily focused on Sweden with some involvement in Denmark. Youll be a trusted partner to managers across production and other business areas supporting them in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You will:
- Support recruitment onboarding and competence development initiatives
- Advise managers on labor law work environment and rehabilitation matters
- Drive local HR processes and contribute to global People & Culture initiatives
- Collaborate with colleagues across functions and geographies
- Continuously improve and digitalize HR practices in a dynamic environment
Youll be part of Kemiras global People & Culture organization where we co-create future ways of working and develop impactful people processes.
Who you are
You are a relationship builder who enjoys engaging with people at different stages of their employment journey. You are proactive structured and curious about improving HR processes in a changing environment. You need to appreciate working with both operational and tactical tasks.
You bring:
- A bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources or a related field
- A solid foundation in Swedish labor law
- At least 5 years of broad HR experience preferably in an industrial setting
- Confidence in supporting managers and working close to the business
- Fluency in Swedish and English
