Job Summary
Lighthouse Technology Services is partnering with our client to fill their Release Train Engineer position! This is an 11 month contract opportunity and will be hybrid in Buffalo NY. This role will be a W2 employee of Lighthouse Technology Services.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Provide servant leadership and coaching to a program-level Agile Release Train (ART) consisting of multiple cross-functional agile teams.
- Organize and facilitate key program-level ceremonies such as PI planning events Scrum of Scrums ART Synchs and retrospectives.
- Collaborate with Senior Product Owners to prioritize the program backlog facilitate intake of work and distribute assignments across ART teams.
- Drive transparency and predictability using program-level reporting dashboards and forecasting tools.
- Manage risks identify and remove impediments and ensure program alignment.
- Lead and mentor 4-10 Scrum Masters within the ART.
- Coach Agile practices and influence senior leaders in adopting Agile principles.
- Coordinate with other RTEs to optimize processes based on performance indicators.
- Participate in Agile Communities of Practice and foster continuous improvement.
- Understand and adhere to the companys risk compliance and regulatory standards.
What Youll Need to Have:
- Strong execution focus and ability to drive outcomes.
- Proven ability to influence across teams and leadership levels.
- Experience managing Agile metrics and data-driven decision making.
- Experience coaching Scrum Masters and leading Agile ceremonies at scale.
- Metric-driven approach to program delivery.
- Financial services/banking experience is a plus.
Pay Range:$70-$85/hr
