Job Summary

Job Title: Locum to Perm General Radiologist

Join a dynamic team at a well-respected medical facility located in Springfield Massachusetts. This practice setting encompasses both hospital and outpatient locations providing a comprehensive approach to patient care. With an average annual emergency room volume of 120 patients per day and a diverse patient demographic including adolescents children adults and geriatrics you will have the chance to make a significant impact. The team currently consists of 8 radiologists with a full complement of support staff and cutting-edge technology including Epic PowerScribe and PACS for documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality radiological services across hospital and outpatient settings.
Participate in diagnosing and treating patients by reviewing imaging studies.
Collaborate effectively with medical staff and support personnel.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all patient interactions.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards of practice.

Qualifications:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Radiology.
Active Massachusetts medical license or pending application.
Must hold ACLS and BLS certifications.
Prior experience or demonstrated interest in Nuclear Radiology is required.
A self-query NPDB report must be provided during submission.
