Overview:
Due to growthwe are now hiring a Occupational Therapist and/or Certified Hand Therapist for an Outpatient Orthopedics position at Orthopedic & Sports Medicine Centerin Elkhart IN. Full-time is preferred up to 40 hours per week are available. Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.
The ideal candidate should be personable with good communication skills.
Caseload / Patient Population:
The Occupational Therapist hired will work in a dynamic outpatient orthopedic setting to treat patients with a variety of post-operative and conservative hand/shoulder/upper quadrant injuries and diagnoses.
Full-time OTs should expect to treat an average of 11 patients per day.
Compensation and Benefits:
The compensation for this full-time position will start in the ballpark of $75000 per year and increases depending on experience and qualifications. Bonus opportunities are also available.

Work Schedule:
The clinic is open Monday-Friday: 8 am - 5 pm. Flexible schedules are available based on the needs of the clinician hired.

Job Requirements:
Eligible for IN state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
CHT is preferred but not required.
Prior outpatient orthopedic experience working with hand and shoulder/upper quadrant injuries and diagnoses is preferred.
New grad OTs will be supported and mentored.
Full-time is preferred 40 hours per week are available.
Part-time and PRN candidates will also be considered.
Must be legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
