Genesis Halifax is introducing a new Concierge role for someone who loves building relationships creating meaningful moments and making every Guest feel genuinely valued. This people focused communication driven position sits at the center of the Sales and Service experience where following up solving problems and being the trusted face of a luxury brand comes naturally. Every interaction is part of the ownership journey and in this role you will ensure that journey feels effortless personal and unmistakably Genesis.

Guest engagement and follow up:

• Making outbound calls to Sales and Service Guests to confirm appointments check on satisfaction and maintain relationships
• Following up on CSI results and Guest feedback addressing concerns and sharing wins with the team
• Reaching out after visits to ensure every Guest feels supported and heard
• Acting as a warm professional and knowledgeable point of contact for Genesis Halifax

Sales and Service support:

• Coordinating with Advisors and Sales Consultants to ensure Guests are prepared for their visits
• Providing updates reminders and next steps to Guests throughout their journey
• Supporting delivery experiences handoffs and special requests
• Helping keep communication flowing smoothly across departments

On site Concierge and valet support:

• Welcoming Guests as they arrive and ensuring they feel comfortable and cared for
• Assisting with light valet support parking retrieving vehicles and coordinating vehicle flow when needed
• Performing vehicle walk arounds and light presentation checks to keep everything to Genesis standards
• Other duties as required by Service Management

What you bring to our team:

• A natural ability to connect with people and make them feel at ease
• A valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Confidence on the phone and in person you enjoy reaching out and starting conversations
• Comfort using scheduling tools CRM systems and basic technology
• Strong attention to detail and follow through
• A polished professional presence that fits a luxury brand environment

Bonus points if you:

• Have worked in hospitality luxury retail automotive or customer experience roles
• Understand how important follow up and relationship building are in a sales and service environment
• Thrive in a Guest driven setting while still delivering calm thoughtful service
