FWS Brain Center Technician- Spring 2026

Position Summary:

Contribute to the Maharishi Vedic Science (MVS) departments initiatives as an EEG Research Assistant where you will be the point person for scheduling subjects and welcoming them for EEG recordings. You will also be responsible for handling data collection and analysis. This role contributes to ongoing studies by enabling the creation of EEG report cards for students supporting MIUs mission of developing consciousness.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedule and welcome participants for EEG recordings ensuring a smooth and professional experience.
• Provide necessary consent forms and ensure proper documentation for research integrity.
• Apply EEG and heart-rate sensors then record physiological data during structured tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the recording space to uphold research standards.
• Save collected data to the cloud conduct preliminary analysis and assist in research processing.
