Your Role: Inbound Security Sales Associate

As aSales Associateyoullbe thevoice of trusted security solutions helping existing customers protect what matters most. This is100% inboundno cold calling.

WhatYoullDo:

Answer inbound calls from existing customer
Identifyneeds and recommend smart solutions
Handle objections like a pro and close the deal
Upsell and maximize revenue while building strong relationships

What Makes You a Great Fit

Sales-driven mindset Minimum 6 months of sales experience preferred

Technical Requirements:

This is a bring-your-own-device role. Your computer system needs to meet the following:

Operating System: Windows 11 (Apple devices and Chromebooks are not compatible).
Hardware: Minimum 8 GB RAM and Intel I3 processor.
Internet: Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 30 Mbps download / 8 Mbps upload.
Connectivity:Ability to work with an Ethernet cable connected to the modem.
Equipment:Webcam and USB headsetrequiredfor communication and training.

Important: Dual monitors are required for this role to efficiently manage multiple applications simultaneously.
