We recently completed a brand refresh and are now entering the next phase: rolling out our new brand identity consistently across all digital touchpoints. To support this we are looking for a Freelance Senior Brand Designer who combines strong visual design skills with a clear understanding of conversion usability and scalable brand systems.
This role focuses on translating brand strategy into practical high-quality design assets that support growth and clarity across channels.

Your mission
As a Freelance Senior Brand Designer you will be responsible for applying and scaling Bella & Bonas brand identity across digital channels. Your work will help ensure consistency clarity and strong visual communication throughout our marketing and sales materials.
You will collaborate closely with Marketing Sales and Leadership to design assets that are not only visually strong but also support conversion and business goals.

Your Responsibilities:
- Roll out the new brand identity across key digital touchpoints (website email paid campaigns social media pitch decks and other visual assets)
- Design scalable templates and modular assets that can be reused across teams
- Build and maintain visual systems component libraries and brand guidelines
- Translate complex messages into clear structured and engaging visual storytelling
- Ensure designs follow UX/UI best practices with attention to hierarchy readability and accessibility
- Support marketing and growth initiatives with performance-oriented design assets
Your profile
- Senior-level experience in brand and digital design
- Strong understanding of the intersection between brand performance and conversion
- Experience designing for digital-first products B2B and/or B2C funnels or e-commerce environments
- Confident working with design systems component libraries and style guides
- Structured and reliable working style with attention to detail and consistency
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in an asynchronous setup
