Job Summary

Administration Executive is a critical role that provides comprehensive administrative and strategic support to the Managing Director. This position requires a unique blend of strong organizational skills and sharp business acumen. The ideal candidate is a masterful communicator a proactive problem-solver and thrives in a fast-paced dynamic environment.

Main job responsibilities:

  • Manage the MD complex and fluid calendar including scheduling meetings appointments and travel with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Act as a diplomatic representative of the MDs office fostering positive relationships across the organization and with external partners.
  • Contribute to special projects as assigned by the MD from initial research to implementation.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure directing to the correct person.
  • Maintain good use of the company phone communication network and ensure proper use.
  • Handling all the in/out mailing with the couriers
  • Manage courier DHL (pricing-create AWB-received all shipments and distributed it
    accurately -Revise courier invoices -ordered supplies

Competencies / Skills:

  • Proficient in computer skills MS Office and English Language skills
  • Positive & proactive attitude excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Agile problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic rapidly changing environment

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration supply chain or any related field.
  • 0-1 year experience.
  • Cairo resident only.
