We are currently searching for a Remote Workday HCM Consultant:
Responsibilities
- Provide post-production support and enhancements across multiple areas of Workday HCM acting as a subject matter expert
- Participate in advisory planning and implementation of additional Workday HCM modules
- Document business requirements map processes and implement Workday best-practice configurations
- Manage client relationships and resolve support requests including operational issues enhancements Phase X implementations and release planning
- Lead client and internal sessions to analyze and scope complex business requirements
- Prioritize and delegate tasks based on urgency scope complexity and team availability
- Collaborate with team members to research and resolve complex client requests
- Ensure high-quality deliverables aligned with Workday best practices
- Communicate clearly with clients regarding project status configuration recommendations and best practices
- Mentor junior consultants share knowledge and contribute to practice growth
- Take initiative in supporting internal projects and additional responsibilities as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience supporting and configuring Workday HCM in a consulting or client-facing environment
