Job Summary
A welcoming and ambitious primary school in North Lincolnshire is seeking a dedicated Year 3 Teacher to join their Lower Key Stage 2 team. This is a full-time position within a supportive school that places strong emphasis on both academic achievement and pupil wellbeing. The successful candidate will take responsibility for planning and delivering engaging lessons that build strong foundations as pupils transition into Key Stage 2. You will work closely with colleagues to ensure consistency across the year group while tailoring learning to meet individual needs.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning and delivering high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching accordingly
Supporting pupils social emotional and academic development
Working collaboratively with support staff and parents
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Strong understanding of Lower KS2 pedagogy
Excellent classroom management skills
A reflective and adaptable teaching approach
Commitment to safeguarding and pupil wellbeing
