Job Summary
An established and forward-thinking primary school in North Lincolnshire is looking to appoint a motivated Year 4 Teacher. This role provides an excellent opportunity to work within a cohesive Key Stage 2 team that values creativity structure and high expectations.
You will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons that challenge pupils while supporting their academic confidence. The school promotes a balanced curriculum that encourages curiosity independence and resilience.
Responsibilities include:
Delivering structured and engaging Year 4 lessons
Using assessment to inform planning and intervention
Promoting positive behaviour and classroom routines
Supporting pupils with varying learning needs
Contributing to whole-school initiatives
The successful applicant will have:
QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Experience teaching in KS2
Strong organisational skills
Confident communication with pupils and parents
A collaborative mindset
