Job Summary
Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of English looking to begin your teaching career in a supportive environment A well-regarded secondary school in Essex is seeking an English ECT to join their department immediately.
About the Role:
This is a full-time permanent role teaching English across KS3KS4. You will deliver engaging lessons develop effective assessment strategies and grow your classroom practice with structured ECT support.

We are looking for someone who:
Holds an English-related degree
Holds or is completing QTS/PGCE
Can teach English at KS3KS4
Is reflective enthusiastic and eager to learn
Engages positively with mentoring and feedback
