Location: Jersey City NJ (Hybrid Onsite 3 days/week 2 days remote)

12 months no visa restrictions

5 8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst preferably in the financial services or capital markets industry.

Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile Waterfall Hybrid).

Experience with data analysis SQL queries and system integration projects.

Required Skills : * Bachelor s degree in Business Finance Computer Science or related field * 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst (financial sector preferred) * Strong knowledge of blockchain and its financial applications * Agile/Scrum experience * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance * Experience with blockchain financial systems or smart contracts * Background in digital assets or tokenized instruments * Proficient with Jira Confluence and process modeling tools
