Travel Physical Therapist 13-Week Assignment Location: Asbury Methodist Village Gaithersburg MD Company: Benchmark Therapies Start Date: ASAP Schedule: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Looking for a travel assignment where you can deliver quality care feel supported and actually enjoy your day-to-day work This could be a great fit. Benchmark Therapies is seeking a compassionate patient-focused Physical Therapist for a 13-week travel assignment at Asbury Methodist Village a highly rated vibrant retirement community in Gaithersburg MD. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with older adults and enjoys a wide variety of care settings. You ll treat residents across skilled nursing personal care and independent living settings offering clinical diversity while remaining within one well-supported campus. Why This Assignment Stands Out A quality-first environment that prioritizes patient care over volume A supportive collaborative rehab team that values teamwork and communication Variety across care settings without the stress of multiple facilities The chance to make a meaningful impact in a short focused assignment What You ll Do Provide high-quality physical therapy evaluations and treatments for residents Develop and implement individualized plans to improve mobility safety and independence Collaborate closely with an experienced rehab team nursing staff and healthcare partners Document services using Net Health (training available) Support a positive resident-centered culture within the therapy department What We re Looking For Active MD Physical Therapist license in good standing Experience in senior care preferred Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset A compassionate and professional approach to patient care Compliance Requirements Two-step PPD or TB test within 30 days of start date CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross) COVID vaccination records or approved exemption Background check and fingerprinting Current resume Physical exam completed by a physician PA or NP About Benchmark Therapies Benchmark Therapies provides physical occupational and speech therapy services across senior living communities.
