Candidate Requirements
The role requires the individual to have very good verbal and written communication skills with English as the main language understand the broad impacts of communication know how to customize messages to suit diverse audiences and creative writing approach.
Creative in approach to create message and visuals that simplify and amplify executive messaging
Previous work experience with 5-7 years in similar role in Software IT environment Financial services / Technology departments Major Market Intelligence Players would be one of very key criteria. Software IT
Independent and proactive to reach out to multiple individuals to collate inputs from multiple parties
Curiosity and confidence to engage with new people. Desire to learn and understand key business contents so can communicate more effectively
Enjoy working in very dynamic environment and with senior LT
They have high integration with the FTE team.

This role allows the person to communicate with stakeholders from NZ to JP HK India by learning all the differences and nuances of cultural great learning opportunity.

This role will be supporting the Asia ISD leadership Team with duties encompass the following:
1. Develop the Asia ISD communication strategy for FY25 and refresh for FY26
2. Lead the collation of all Win Wire and Delivery Wires across Asia building a central repository for all customers stories to:
o Develop our Quarterly Customer Impact overview
o Coordinate formal Case studies in collaboration with Locals and Global Comms teams
o Develop required customer impact stories for various executive presentations
3. Manage the bi monthly field communications. Building topics managing invites and then follow-on content sharing
4. Single point of contact for Asia ISD into WW communication team
5. Manage Rise Awards process from kick-off communications coordination of nominations through to coordination of Team awards presentations.
6. Content building:
o All hands / Newsletter
o Business Reviews (Ahmed Maureen)
o Weekly Flash reports for Sales and Delivery
o Draft people movement Comms
o Collate and orchestrate D&I initiatives
o GTM communications; draft framework and collate updates
7. Manage Asia ISD Communications Calendar and share with corp
8. Manage update the org structure PowerPoints
9. Adhoc support for round tables / events / Executive visits
10. Light support for Diary and Travel management to 2 Execs.
