Job Description:
- We are seeking an experienced NetApp Storage & Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide part-time onsite support in a Cisco NetApp and Microsoft-based enterprise environment.
- The role will focus on supporting storage virtualization networking and end-user computing infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance of IT systems.
- This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned infrastructure professional who prefers a flexible part-time onsite engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide hands-on support for NetApp storage systems including monitoring troubleshooting and performance optimization
- Support HPE storage platforms and enterprise backup systems
- Manage and troubleshoot VMware and Citrix environments
- Support Cisco networking (switches connectivity basic routing & troubleshooting)
- Provide Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure support
- Support and troubleshoot Dell desktops and laptops
- Perform incident resolution root cause analysis and documentation
- Coordinate with offshore and remote IT teams when required
- Perform system health checks patching and upgrades
- Maintain high availability and reliability of IT services
Required Skills & Experience:
- Experience in infrastructure / systems support
- Strong hands-on experience with NetApp Storage
- Experience with VMware Citrix and virtualized environments
- Experience supporting Cisco networks
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory
- Experience supporting HPE Storage
- Experience with Dell laptops and desktops in an enterprise environment
- Ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure and performance issues
- Strong documentation and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- NetApp Cisco or VMware certifications
- Experience working in hybrid enterprise environments
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery systems
