JOB DESCRIPTION

Were searching for a bold visionary Motion Designer to join our fast-growing digital team.
Youll partner with key members of the Video and Brand Transformation Teams to quite literally bring our site app and social stories to life by way of sophisticated compelling motion design ensuring every piece of content tells a cohesive elevated story.
This isnt just a maintenance role: its a make-it-happen make-it-better opportunity.
The ideal candidate combines strong creative instincts impeccable taste and a passion for producing world-class brand stories.

Responsibilities

Partner with the AVP of Direct Video Team and Brand Transformation Team to help launch a major brand overhaul.
Create on-trend and on-brand motion assets for site app and social channels.
Stay ahead of both retail and motion-design trends ensuring the work is always culturally tuned fresh and relevant.
Bring a high level of craft and taste to every visual output - with an editorial sensibility and a strong understanding of fashion lifestyle and visual storytelling.

Who You Are

3-5 years of experience in motion design - ideally within fashion lifestyle or digitally focused brands/agencies.
A web expert and After Effects wizard with a deep understanding of best practices in designing elevated engaging motion content for site and social.
A creative thinker and doer - comfortable pitching producing and polishing standout work.
Strong collaborator who elevates others - especially cross-functionally with copy strategy and production.
Highly visual with a sharp aesthetic sensibility and obsession with detail.
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite motion tools and editing software (Figma Premiere After Effects).
Passionate about building brands that lead - not follow - in culture.

Top 3 to 5 skills

A web expert and After Effects wizard with a deep understanding of best practices in designing elevated engaging motion content for site and social.
Strong graphic design skills even outside of motion: Someone who can do both still and motion design equally well (and would be comfortable flexing back and forth sometimes).
Fashion lifestyle beauty or agency experience preferred but not required.
Flexibility agility and ability to creatively problem solve
Impeccable design taste and aesthetic sensibility.
