Role Summary

The Lead Software Engineer will lead and support complex Pega-based application design and development initiatives with a focus on customer service platforms. This role requires strong technical leadership hands-on development and close collaboration across development testing and production support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and contribute to complex Pega design and development projects
Apply Pega architecture security frameworks and service interfaces
Translate business requirements into clear technical solutions
Ensure systems are scalable reusable and maintainable
Provide technical guidance throughout the project lifecycle
Troubleshoot and resolve development and production issues
Monitor and optimize system performance
Collaborate with development testing and support teams
Provide end-user and emergency production support as needed

Required Qualifications

8 10 years of hands-on experience with Pega (7/8/24)
Strong background in Pega application development or systems analysis
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines
Proficiency in SQL web technologies and RDBMS
Ability to debug Spring Boot microservices
Strong system analysis and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt to changing priorities

Nice to Have

Pega CLSA certification
Experience with Selenium automation testing
SME-level expertise in a specific application area
