Your role

As our (Junior) AI Specialist youll join our Product team in Copenhagen working next to our AI Specialist and reporting to our Head of Products. Your mission: to help make our digital products smarter faster and more automated and support us on our AI journey one of our key strategic initiatives.

Your tasks will be wide-ranging:

Build and improve automations: Develop AI-driven process automations and agents building efficiency into all our business processes - internal as well as customer facing
Identify & explore AI opportunities: Work closely with the Product and the Leadership team to optimize customer needs and internal workflows and help automate repetitive and high-friction tasks prone for automation
Design solutions that fit our setup: Propose simple viable solutions aligned with our architecture principles and development framework focusing on easy maintainability and real-world adoption
Support releases and quality: Support deployment and release of AI-automation initiatives including testing monitoring and evals
Document your work: Document what you build so others can maintain it and so users understand and trust it

This role sits at the intersection of product automation and AI. To give you a sense of the technologies youll be working with heres a snapshot of our current tech stack:

Development:MS Azure GitHub
Integration: n8n (workflow orchestration) REST APIs & Microsoft Power Automate
AI & Automation: Ask Sprint365 custom AI assistant Azure AI Services MCP Servers OpenAI and Claude API integrations Gemini API
Collaboration:SCRUM set-up Design Thinking DevOps

You wont be handling everything alone. You will work closely with our AI Specialist Lukas the Product team the Leadership team and colleagues close to customer projects. We dont expect you to know everything from day one what matters most is your curiosity and willingness to learn fast.

Requirements

Who you might be

We dont expect you to come with years of work experience but its a plus if you can relate to some of the following:

Youve built automations chat - or agent prototypes at work in school projects or during internships.
You can turn an open-ended problem into a clear plan and a working solution.
Youre comfortable experimenting with AI tools and techniques and you care about reliability seeing your work in production and not just demos.
You understand the AI solution space well enough to choose the best and simplest approach that works.
You communicate clearly inEnglish both written and spoken.
