For Linklaters Warsaw we are currently recruiting for the Marketing Intern role.
About the Team
This role will support both Client Campaigns team and Events team which work alongside colleagues in Business Development and Marketing department. The primary focus will be on creating publications and events-related communication in marketing tools. The role will also contribute to executing marketing campaigns and undertaking a range of other related tasks.
You will be responsible for
Drafting and sending client-facing email campaigns and event communications
Using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud Vuture and Eventogy
Updating templates in cooperation with the Creative and Marketing Hub
Supporting reporting dashboards and data visualisations for campaigns and events
Keeping systems and databases up to date with upcoming events
Ensuring quality and accuracy of all outbound communications
Supporting ad hoc marketing projects
Apply if you
Have fluent spoken and written English
Are available at least 30 h per week within core business hours (9:00 18:00 Mon-Fri)
Are highly competent in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Learn new IT systems quickly and show strong attention to detail
Communicate confidently and work well in a team
Manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities
Bring a proactive problem-solving can do attitude
Are comfortable working in an international multicultural environment
