As Internal Comms Officer youll help turn strategy into compelling communication plans that enhance employee engagement and promote a positive workplace culture. Your work will directly support AQAs mission and contribute to a collaborative informed and motivated workforce.

Key Responsibilities
Create and develop impactful communication content that aligns with AQAs values and strategic objectives
Manage and maintain internal communication channels including intranet and digital platforms
Plan and deliver internal campaigns and colleague engagement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
Experience in developing and delivering effective internal communications
Ability to create engaging digital content across formats including graphics and video
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a creative mindset
Confidence in managing multiple projects and prioritising effectively
Enjoy collaborating in a fast-paced dynamic environment
