About the Role
This role will be responsible for managing emerging ecommerce platforms (such as Pinduoduo Dewu and Vipshop) and overseeing online distributor stores.
What You Will Do
- Develop annual and quarterly ecommerce sales plans manage distributors and their stores to execute according to business plans and achieve the companys sales targets.
- Expand cooperation with emerging ecommerce platforms in line with the companys strategic direction focusing on social commerce and contentcommerce platforms.
- Build channels on emerging ecommerce platforms (e.g. Pinduoduo Xiaohongshu Dewu) manage authorized stores and continuously enhance and optimize their operational capabilities to meet ongoing business development requirements.
- Create promotional plans for each platform in alignment with its promotional calendar and the companys overall ecommerce marketing rhythm and drive implementation.
- Continuously assess the companys and key competitors market positions leverage platform and company resources effectively to grow and expand market share.
- Collaborate with other sales team members to manage platform promotional activities foster a healthy competitive environment and prevent conflicts between platforms.
- Work closely with Marketing and ecommerce specialists to manage the output of platform marketing content especially live streaming and short videos.
What You Need to Be Successful
- Bachelors degree 5 years of sales experience in digital consumer electronics with independent sales and channel management experience. Understanding of traditional ecommerce operations and familiarity with the characteristics and ecosystem of emerging social and content ecommerce.
- Outgoing personality clear thinking strong sense of responsibility open to new things with excellent learning and innovation abilities.
- High professional ethics and teamwork spirit maintains confidentiality of company and client information.
- Strong communication skills and a solid customer service mindset.
- Strong negotiation skills to maximize platform resource support.
- Enthusiastic dedicated resilient and able to perform well under pressure.
- Capable of working independently to complete tasks and solve problems creatively.
