Your new role

As a Clinical Research Associate you will play a pivotal role in managing trial sites across Bulgaria ensuring the highest standard of data quality and patient safety throughout all clinical trial stages. You will work closely with healthcare professionals trial stakeholders vendors and internal Novo Nordisk teams while representing our values and maintaining strong site relationships.

What youll be doing:

• Manage all phases of clinical trial site activities feasibility selection initiation monitoring and close-out in full compliance with ICH-GCP local regulations protocol requirements and SOPs.
• Train guide and support site staff on protocol adherence trial procedures and safety information handling ensuring high-quality data and subject protection.
• Drive and coordinate patient recruitment and site performance to meet enrolment targets identifying risks early and implementing proactive mitigation measures with RBQM approach.
• Conduct monitoring visits and produce timely accurate visit reports verifying source data documentation supplies handling and data cleaning timelines.
• Maintain strong working relationships with investigators and site stakeholders serving as the primary point of contact and representing Novo Nordisk professionally.
• Manage TMF-related activities including document collection filing upload and oversight of site compliance with archiving requirements.
• Participate in audits inspections internal initiatives external meetings or conferences and collaborate closely with Trial Managers and cross-functional partners to support trial delivery.

Your skills & qualifications

We are looking for someone who excels at building strong relationships communicates with ease and takes ownership with a high degree of accountability and quality focus. You bring a solutions-driven mindset can adapt quickly and manage multiple priorities effectively. A natural collaborator you share knowledge support others through training and proudly represent Novo Nordisk and our values.

You will bring:

• Masters degree in Life Sciences or related discipline
• Familiarity with therapeutic areas and clinical trial processes (previous experience preferable)
• IT proficiency (MS Office; clinical trial systems such as Veeva IWRS ePRO etc.)
• Fluency in Bulgarian and English.
• Valid driving license (B category)
