The Role

  • Assist and oversee the preparation cooking and presentation of all our innovative culinary offerings
  • Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating
  • Ensuring accurate implementation of allergy awareness controls
  • Pursuing and fulfilling great ideas and seeking opportunities for improvement
  • Ensure the safe production of a high-quality product without comprise to the food safety guidelines provided

The Person

  • Previous experience within a similar capacity gained in exciting and influential cafes restaurants hotels schools and function environments
  • Strong emphasis on modern well-being inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation
  • Ability to maintain a calm and respectful demeanour - always!
