Responsibilities
Develop and Lead the SDR Team: Play a key role in building the SDR team while providing coaching mentorship and performance management to ensure they meet and exceed their targets.
Outbound Prospecting: Actively engage potential clients through phone email SMS and LinkedIn to generate qualified business opportunities.
Lead Qualification: Oversee and engage in the lead qualification process ensuring that all opportunities meet the criteria for our enterprise solutions.
Appointment Setting: Ensure that SDRs effectively schedule qualified meetings between potential clients and Account Executives (AEs).
Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular updates on team performance pipeline development and outreach effectiveness.
CRM Management: Ensure that all team members maintain accurate and up-to-date records of interactions in the CRM system.
AI Utilization: Utilize AI tools to optimize outreach touchpoints and improve engagement across multiple channels.
Collaboration: Work closely with AEs marketing and sales leadership to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing training to the SDR team on prospecting techniques objection handling and sales tools to enhance overall effectiveness.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to refine and enhance the SDR workflow prospecting strategies and engagement processes.
Requirements
Proven experience in an SDR BDR or sales role with at least 1-2 years in a leadership or team lead capacity.
Strong outbound sales and prospecting skills with the ability to generate new business opportunities.
Excellent communication coaching and leadership skills to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot Salesforce) and sales engagement tools
Familiarity with AI-driven sales tools and strategies.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Results-driven mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales goals.
