Job Summary
The job profile for this position isInfrastructure Engineering Senior Advisorwhich is a Band 4 Contributor Career Track Role withCigna-Evernorth Services Inc.
Responsibilities-
Provide primary application support for Informatica PowerCenter Collibra Data Governance Center and Cloudera Navigator applications at Cigna.
Manage the troubleshooting and resolution of infrastructure compatibility issues based on system architecture project requirements and customer expectations. Serve as an expert in specific aspects of infrastructure design.
Coordinate with users to determine requirements.
Partner with IT leadership on engineering related issues and strategies.
Partial virtual/work from home benefit available.
Qualifications-
Requires a Masters degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field and 2 years of IT experience (or a Bachelors degree in Computer Science Electrical Engineering or a related field and 5 years of IT experience). Must have experience with: infrastructure support and administration of Informatica; ETL administration; and ensuring infrastructure and application stability through preventative maintenance monitoring troubleshooting and implementing long-term solutions.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
