How youll be part of the action

Reporting to the People & Culture Operations Team Leader you will play a key role in supporting HR processes and ensuring accuracy across systems. Youll work closely with our People & Culture team people leaders and employees across the organisation gaining hands-on experience and expanding your knowledge. Your work will help create a smooth experience for our employees and partners.

Process employee data and maintain accurate records across systems
Support payroll and HR administration with precision and timeliness
Assist our employees responding to general queries and providing helpful customer-focused support
Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and workflows
Learn and adapt quickly to new systems and technology tools
