Whats the role
An exciting opportunity is available for an Associate Network Engineer to join the infrastructure team in Group this role you will collaborate with team members and the SNS group to ensuring efficient and proactive service delivery of criticalnetwork services to all business areas of the bank to minimise downtime ensure high network performance and secure connectivity.
This involves close coordination with senior network engineers and departments key stakeholders to facilitate the effective use of ITIL-based processes including Incident Change Problem Service Catalogue CVE Vulnerability Management. Additionally the role includes producing comprehensive reporting on SLA/KPIs performance customer satisfaction and providing actionable insights to drive continuous service improvement for our customers.
What do I need
- 1-3 years IT service delivery management experience in a complex IT infrastructure large corporate environment.
- Experienced using ServiceNow Incident/Problem/Change/Request.
- Advancing data analysis problem solving and reporting skills.
- Intermediate PowerPoint Excel and Power BI skills.
- Strong communication skills written and verbal.
- Influencing skills taking ownership and drive work activities to a successful conclusion.
- Ability to negotiate and resolve change conflicts withstakeholders across multiple business units both business and technical.
- Ability to plan manage and deliver to a project plan/timeline.
Desirable:
- 1-3 years ITIL experience. Foundations certificate.
- Working knowledge in using MongoDB.
- Basic understanding of CVE vulnerability management.
- Basic understanding of network technologies.
