Essential Anesthesia Management is seeking a CRNA to join our service-focused anesthesia team as Chief atCHRISTUS Santa Rosa Hospital in San Marcos TX. Work alongside a seasoned group of 9 CRNAs and 2 MDs at a community hospital that offers a wide scope of carejust under an hour from both Austin and San Antonio.

Position Highlights:

• $285000 W2 $12000 leadership stipend for a total comp of $297000
• 11 weeks off per year post-call days
• Cases: General Surgery Orthopedic Endo/GI OB/GYN
• Call is 1:9 post-call off and two 24-hour OB shifts per month.
• OB deliveries average <75/month
• CRNAs cover 5 sites of service daily
• Manageable rotating in-house call with post-call day off
• Collaborative team with strong autonomy and mutual support

Qualifications:

• Board Certified CRNA
• Regional anesthesia proficiency preferred but were happy to train
