We are currently hiring Certified Caregivers (CNA or HCA) who are dependable kind-hearted and committed to enhancing the lives of our elderly clients and their families.

Pay:$20.50 $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification)

What Youll Do as a Caregiver:

• Provide hands-on personal care (assisting with walking grooming dressing hygiene)

• Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation

• Offer medication reminders and transportation support (if authorized)

• Engage in meaningful conversation and companionship

• Encourage hobbies and activities that bring joy to the client

• Observe and report any changes in condition or behavior

• Maintain open communication with clients families and team members

• Document care tasks using user-friendly tools

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Valid CNA or HCA license (required)

• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience

• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

• Ability to work independently and respond to client needs with professionalism

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and assisting with mobility

• Must pass Washington State background checks and exclusion screenings

• Authorized to work in the U.S.

• Willingness to commute within our service area and respond promptly to assigned shifts

• For those providing transportation: valid insurance that meets WA minimum coverage
