Location: Bangkok Thailand (Hybrid minimum 6 office days per month)

About the Graduate Programme (24 months)

This is a permanent role from day one with a structured development journey created specifically for early-career engineers.

During the programme you will:

• Follow a clear 24-month development roadmap with defined milestones

• Learn from experienced engineers through day-to-day coaching and mentoring

• Work on real production systems used by global financial clients

• Build strong foundations in both technical and professional skills

• Receive regular feedback and development conversations

• Have clear opportunities to progress beyond the graduate programme

• You are supported throughout learning and development are built into the role.

What Youll Be Doing

As a Graduate Software Engineer youll be part of an experienced development team and gradually take on more responsibility as your skills grow.

You will:

• Support the design development and enhancement of software solutions

• Learn to write clean reliable code with guidance from senior engineers

• Contribute to real projects that support financial services technology

• Write and maintain basic SQL scripts and stored procedures

• Participate in team meetings stand-ups and collaborative problem-solving

• Develop an understanding of how technology supports global clients

• Training and mentoring are provided youre not expected to work alone.

What Were Looking For

Were looking for strong learners not finished engineers.

You should have:

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science IT or a related field with a good academic record

• Basic knowledge of SQL and an interest in software development

• Familiarity with Java (knowledge of C is a plus but not essential)

• Good English communication skills

• A positive attitude curiosity and willingness to learn

• Confidence to ask questions and share ideas in a team environment

We consider academic performance alongside learning mindset problem-solving ability and motivation.

• Open to recent graduates (2024 or 2025) with the right to work in Thailand
