We currently have an exciting fixed term opportunity for a Program Coordinator to join our team. This has a preferred location of Port Macquarie however anywhere in our operational footprint will also be considered.
This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the successful delivery of Essential Energys Vegetation Alignment Program by ensuring seamless coordination clear communication and a strong focus on stakeholder and customer outcomes. Acting as the central point of connection across a complex portfolio of projects the Program Coordinator fosters collaboration between teams delivery partners and senior stakeholders to enable informed decision-making and timely achievement of program objectives.
By combining strong organisational skills with a collaborative mindset the Program Coordinator ensures that program outcomes are supported with precision efficiency and a clear commitment to customer and community benefit.
The Program Coordinator is responsible for the comprehensive administration of the program across the full project lifecycle supporting strategic planning delivery and program governance in accordance with Essential Energys policies procedures and legislative requirements.

Experience and Skills
Demonstrated experience in a program or project coordination role preferably within utilities or customer services with a strong commitment to delivering positive outcomes for customers and communities.
Experience coordinating and maintaining program and project documentation in line with governance and regulatory requirements ensuring transparency and accountability to all stakeholders.
Knowledge of safety environmental and regulatory obligations relevant to utilities or capital works projects
Strong administration reporting and data management skills with a high attention to detail supporting informed decision-making that benefits customers and community interests.
Proven ability to engage and work effectively with internal and external stakeholders at various levels fostering relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and trust.
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise competing demands ensuring timely delivery of outcomes that support customer and community needs.
Proficient in business systems reporting tools and asset or project management systems leveraging these to improve service delivery.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment always maintaining a focus on customer service and stakeholder satisfaction.
