Job Summary

The objective of the Student Programs at Nexteer Automotive is to selectstudents with high potential and provide them with real world work experiences. Work assignments expose students to many of the companys products processes and procedures. Assignments are designed to assimilateacquired classroom education with actual hands-on work experience in a technical addition Nexteer Automotive gains theopportunity to find new talent to enhance productivity while providing students exposure to full-time career opportunities.

Program Description:

The Kettering Rotational Program will allow for Kettering students to gain hands on experience in a variety of positions at Nexteer Automotive. Throughout the program each studentwilldecide what aspect of engineering to focus on and then be assigned a mentor that will invest their time into helping each student grow in their desired area of interest.

Requirements:

Candidate must be a full-time student at Kettering University
Must have cumulative 2.7 GPA on 4.0 scale
Candidate must have right to work in the US and not require current or future sponsorship
