About You:
As the Appeals Officer HE you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and processing of student appeals ensuring outcomes are fair timely and compliant with institutional policies and regulatory requirements.
Working under the guidance of the Appeals Coordinator HE you will support the investigation and coordination of appeals maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous improvement of appeals processes. This role plays a key part in upholding procedural fairness and supporting a positive student experience.
