About the role
This role offers a unique chance to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced administrative position within theCodiFacilities Management Team. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of FM duties andestablishrelationships with various departments within the company as well as external contractors.
Your responsibilities will include dealing with contractorsandundertaking building you willassistin managing contracts under the FM teams remit. You will also provide support for Compliance areas managed by the FM teamuploading data and proving information to colleagues on the FM isa great opportunityfor anyoneseekinga career within facilities management and buildings compliance.
Skills and Experience Needed
First and foremost you should have experience in an administrative role. Additionally experience of delivering excellent customer service is highly valued as itdemonstratesyour ability to interact effectively and provide exceptional service. Flexibility and adaptability are essential traits as you willencounterdiverse situations and the role is for someone who enjoys variety. The role also demands the ability tomaintainprofessionalism in a busy environment whileremainingmotivated as requirements and priorities change. Finallyproficiencyin office software Word Excel and Outlook (email and calendars) is crucial to efficiently manage administrative tasks and communications.
We are looking for someone who can work well both independently and as part of a should be able to manage your own workload effectively and prioritise tasks accordingly. Strong multitasking and communication skills are essential as you will interact with colleagues customers and contractors on a regular basis.

Pay and Pensions
26054(for part time roles include both full time equivalent and pro rata salary for reference)
