Trainee Marketing Rare and Epilepsy (mfd)

We are looking for aTrainee Marketing Rare & Epilepsy(m/f/d) for our location in Monheim am Rhein to start as soon as possible. This position islimited to 2 yearsworking as an integral member of our marketing team in Germany.

About the role

The primary purpose of this role is to take responsibility for Marketing commercial and medical projects within the Marketing Team Rare & Epilepsy. This includes own projects as well as supporting the Marketing Leads and Marketing Managers in aligning and developing solutions such as projects activities and patient programs.

Who youll work with

The role involves driving the localization and implementation of the strategy in collaboration with the cross-functional team in Germany. It requires strong collaboration skills with all internal and external stakeholders.

This position reports to the Head of Marketing Rare & Epilepsy and is part of the Rare & Epilepsy Germany Team.

What youll do

• Engage and manage external agencies/vendors to successfully implement initiatives within budget and agreed timelines
• Orchestrate material management and exchange with EU stakeholders
• Lead congress projects in close collaboration with event management medical and external stakeholders
• Champion concept development of digital solutions for all stakeholder groups
• Value and impact measurement with the Strategy Lead Solution Lead and Business Capability Partner (e.g. developing monitoring and tracking KPIs)
• Development and implementation of solutions to enhance patient benefits in cooperation (e.g. national F2F events national billboards online and offline services and tools for patients and healthcare representatives)

Interested For this role were looking for the following education experience and skills:

• Successfully completed studies in the field of medicine biology (PhD preferred) marketing communication or a comparable education
• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communications
• Initial work experience in relevant areas is an advantage
• Interest in data-driven marketing and analytical skills to make informed decisions
• Excellent organizational skills as well as a structured and independent working style
• High level of team spirit motivation and proactivity
• Fluent in German and English
