Key Responsibilities:
- Own the documentation lifecyclefor Coverityfrom planning and writing to publishing and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with developers product managers and UX teamsto translate technical concepts into clear actionable content.
- Drive best practicesfor DITA-based documentation and contribute to content architecture and strategy.
- Advocate for the user experience ensuring documentation is intuitive accurate and customer-focused.
- Lead and mentorother writers guiding small team initiatives and cross-functional projects.
Key Qualifications:
- 4 yearsas a technical writer.
- Experience withat least one programming language.
- Comfortable in thecommand line; Bash scripting is a plus.
- Familiarity withGit/GitLabor similar source control tools.
- Strong experience withDITA: creating ditamaps tasks concepts and reference topics; using keys and ditaval for conditional processing.
- Advanced knowledge ofDITA best practices content strategy and CCMS systems is highly desirableOR experience with structured Authoring/ Madcao Flare/ DocBook (Markup language).

- Developer-facing documentation experience (SDKs CLI tools).
- Docs-as-code workflows(Git GitHub pull requests OAS3 specs).
- Familiarity withapplication security software.
