We are currently seeking experienced SeniorSAPSuccessFactorsConsultant(Recruiting & Onboarding)to be part oftheSAPHRteam providing support and maintenance activities toaDXCclient.
On a day-to-day basisyouwill be expected to proactivelymonitorand support business critical SAP systems particularlywithin the scope ofthe SAPSuccessFactorssolution which is linked to an SAP ECC system(incl. SAP HCM module).
Key Responsibilities
Bring functional knowledge & experiencein SAPSuccessFactors
Analyseand provide solutions(workarounds fixes etc.)to user-raised support tickets (Incident Management)
Assessdesignand implement user-requested Changes (Change Management)
Handle other relevant tasks within the scope of SAP support service for the client
Experience Required
SeniorSAP consultant with5years ofSAP Consultantexperience in SAPSuccessFactors
Focus on/expertisein SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules
Experience in working in multinational SAP support teams providing services to large client(s)
Personal Profile/Attributes
Good communication interpersonal and collaboration skills
Team Player and ability to be flexible andadaptable
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills and problem solver
Willing to learn and expand knowledge and skills onto other SAP SF solutions/modules
