We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Strength & Conditioning Coaches to support our Athletic Development programme on a casual basis. You will help deliver high-quality physical development sessions that build movement confidence fundamental strength and athletic literacy in boys of all ages. The role is ideal for early-stage/developing Strength & Conditioning Coaches who value education youth development and working in a supportive team-focused environment.
To be successful you will have:
A degree in Exercise or Sports Science (or equivalent) along with ASCA Level 1 accreditation
Current First Aid & CPR certification and a valid Working With Children Check
Experience coaching adolescents with a sound understanding of strength training movement quality and long-term youth development
Ideally at least one year of experience in coaching or athletic development with a genuine interest in continued professional growth
