This position is part of a unionized bargaining hourly wage for this position is starting at 16.60 which is established in accordance with the collective agreement. Depending on a candidates relevant knowledge skills education and prior experience a higher hourly wage may be offered. Any hourly wage offered for this role whether it is the starting wage or higher will be within the wage scale established for this position in accordance with the collective agreement.

Qualifications

Certificate in Floral Design or related field (required)
Prior floral experience and product knowledge is an asset
Customer service driven
Strong communication skillsAbility to maintain cleanliness and organization
Comfortable standing for prolonged periods
Must be available to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
